MT EPHRAIM ADDRESS - Ignore what is says on your tickets, the best address to use for Satnavs etc is:
Mt Ephraim Gardens, Church Hill, Hernhill, ME13 9JX. That should take you to the correct entrance.
CAMPING ARRIVAL ON THURSDAY and AFTER
Please note, those of you with 4 Day camping may arrive on Thursday ONLY between 4 and 8pm. There is absolutely no admission outside of those four hours.
If you have 3 Day camping and wish to upgrade to include Thursday, you must purchase the extra ticket in advance – you cannot simply arrive on Thursday and book the extra night.
If arriving on Friday (or Saturday/Sunday) there is no admission before 10am. Gates will be locked to everything other than essential site equipment and deliveries. If you arrive in the area early in the morning you will need to park up elsewhere until time to arrive on-site. We do not have provision to accommodate queuing vehicles.
If you have booked an electric hook-up for your campervan/caravan please note these will not be active until Friday. They will be allocated on or shortly after arrival throughout Friday. This is to ensure that people without hook-up booked do not 'steal' them, as they did last year! IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED A HOOK-UP, DO NOT PARK UP AND PLUG IN - YOU WILL BE MOVED!
ONLINE TICKETS (SKIDDLE TICKETS)
If you have bought tickets online via Skiddle, the ticket agent, they should have been emailed to you. If you have not had them, please contact Skiddle, not us - we know nothing about them.
No idea where the confusion arises, but to clarify again, Campervan/Caravan passes are for the VEHICLE ONLY. Each person camping MUST have a camping ticket.

Well, another turbulent week and another Covid related pull out – this time, FOCUS, who have decided they cannot risk the restrictions that might be imposed on their arrival in England.
And then we had a call from Martin Barre… we feared the worst, but, mercifully, it was not to cancel, but to give us the good news that he has invited some very special guests along to join the band on Friday. He couldn’t/wouldn’t tell us who, but be prepared for a very special evening.

FAQ’s… No, you do not need to show proof of Covid vaccination or negative test, unless we are told otherwise by the powers that be. That said, if you have Covid please STAY AWAY, and if you have Covid symptoms please take a test. Mask wearing is no longer compulsory, but it is the decent thing to do if at close quarters to anyone at any time. Clean hands regularly, observe sensible precautions, and let’s all keep ourselves and others safe.
THURSDAY CAMPING: If you have 3day camping but want to arrive and camp on Thursday, tickets are available at www.anewdaymerchandise.com/apps/webstore They must be bought in advance, you can’t just turn up on Thursday to camp.
THE BAR: In an attempt to fully embrace the 21st Century, our bar will be accepting Card Payments as well as cash this year. That said, technology has a way of going wrong at the worst possible moment, so we advise you to bring cash with you just in case…
BREAKFAST BAR: There will be a breakfast bar on the campsite this year.
GLAMPING: there is still some limited availability – details on our website. (INFORMATION Page)
NEW FESTIVAL T Shirts; reduced capacity this year, ergo reduced quantity of T shirts on offer. You can order your t-shirts now, to be collected at the merch desk, to avoid disappointment. There are plenty of different colours and sizes at the moment but some are, obviously, limited supply. Please note, they will NOT be posted to you, collection at the festival only. Order at www.anewdaymerchandise.com/apps/webstore
For those of you that would like to order a T-shirt but for some reason are unable to attend the festival, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to tell me which shirt(s) you want, and I will get back to you to arrange something.
FESTIVAL PICTORIAL BOOKS: these sold out almost as soon as they went on sale last year, so we are having a few more produced. 4 volumes of fabulous photos from each A New Day Festival so far. We go to print in a week to have them ready for the festival, but you can order now to ensure your copy. These will be posted to you as soon as we get them. Again, order at www.anewdaymerchandise.com/apps/webstore
Many of you of course have not yet purchased festival tickets. Just a reminder that if you intend coming but have not yet got round to it, please don’t delay for too long. Many tickets are now very limited, particularly Campervan/Caravan passes. We might well sell out our reduced capacity and would hate to have to turn people away on the day. And, of course, even if we do have tickets at the gate, they will cost you more money ☹ If you want to risk turning up on the day, please check out our Facebook page before travelling, to ensure tickets are still available. Tickets and info at www.anewdayfestival.com
A NEW DAY 2022: Same weekend next year – 19th-21st August. Tickets will be on sale at the merch desk, guaranteed lowest prices.
For more information, please read the information and FAQ pages on our website.
Finally, it’s heartening that so many of you will be joining us at ALFOLD ROCK & BLUES FESTIVAL on September 3-5. Some great bands and, as always, the same friendly atmosphere. There are still great bargains to be had on day and weekend group tickets. See www.alfoldrockblues.com
